The process of building, renovating or extending your property can be quite daunting while at the same time very exciting. There is lots to organise. Below is a little click through list of the standard kinds of things that you may need that I can give you.

Every house is different. You’re not going to need all of these things to get you building, but it is likely you will need a few different things from the list to get you started.

  • Just want a visual? 3D rendering can be part of the whole process or used as a stand alone service. Get images, walkthroughs and 3D models of your space straight to your phone.

  • Ideas, Ideas and Ideas.
    Concept plans include a floor plan, elevations and 3D rendering - so you can see the idea before worrying about the details.

  • Concept locked and loaded - full documentation required for council and contractors. Includes detailed plans, elevation data, site planning, sections - as well as any other job specific requirements.

  • Walls, windows, ceilings and roof decided, what about the finer details?

    To get the finishes, feel and clarity of the project and to make sure that the 3D Rendering is exactly the way you want it, I can help with flooring, fixtures, paint colours, tiling, kitchen, laundry and bathroom layouts.

  • If the ideas are big enough, sometimes you have to make space for them.

    Ensure the correct elements are retained and more precise quoting to take place.

  • Essential to ensure that the build is as sustainable and energy efficient as possible.

  • Required as a part of the DA application, but sometimes all you need is a site plan with some drone footage.

  • DA Applications, Construction Certificates and Occupation Certificates.
